Vipers Youth Academy

SLRFU YOUTH RUGBY ACADEMY

The SLRFU Youth Academy was form in 2022 under the Supervision of the SLRFU Technical Director Wayne Pantor. The aim of the academy is to provide a platform for skill development of players as a pathway for the senior national programs.

Whilst developing the member with off the field life skills from personal counselling, Mentorship, career guidance and conflict resolution.

The program also gears to assist participates in academic preparation for examinations and scholarship and intern opportunities.

The pool of players continues to be selected through the grassroots community and school programs.

The Academy program is presently managed by Mr. Wayne Pantor and Miss Shammah Philgence who’s main task is covering all logistics, practical sessions and recruitment of players for the academy.
